PhysioRunner was born out of my curiosity to bridge the gap between complex research and practical advice for everyday runners. My background combines hands-on experience as a competitive runner with a fascination for the data, biomechanics, and medical principles that shape how we train, perform, and recover.
Through PhysioRunner, I aim to create a space where athletes, coaches, and curious minds can find clear, insights on everything from injury prevention and recovery to shoes, gear, and training methodologies.
